For me the mod was A Forest, anyone know of a good stable forest mod that will not crash the game, went through all the basics check for errors, check the integrity of the files then I remembered I just DL the mod "A Forest" Great little mod to bad it crashed the game on me and at the start travel on the monorail to Nuka. Funny how peoples rights get trampled by big corp, freedom of expression, called 1st amendment in the USA and so on...I don't recall them being protected under the 230 clause, someone will come up with a fix to bypass them and prevent them from spying on you in your computer, goes the same with Steam don't think for a second they have the right to invade your privacy, unfortunately you give them permission to do that when you download any game from them, but again that is prob why you get hacked games, I have played games like that and if I like them I bought them, or I get on the beta. I have the same problem when I use loot the txt will prevent me from sorting and I have to switch it to not read only then playing it will crash because the txt had already reset to read only...still does it and I can't figure out how to stop it.

Ya so I have the same problem all are down loaded and installed but says I am missing the ESM, very annoying !

Figured it out, like a noob forgot to set path and ini's

So I recently transferred my FO4 to another drive through Steam, now Bodyslide does not work, everything is there and Bodyslide turns on, but the lights are out if that makes any sense to anyone, I need help lots of pages to tell you how to make,slide and do all the other stuff but nothing to say hey this is what you need to do when you move your game to another drive. I need help please.

I recommend R88_RSLify excellent tool to label some of your mods to ESL, also there are even clothing that will help you Dicky's Pinup, the out fit has some excellent qualities along with some benefits if you are playing female, or you could just DL Gods ring.

Bite the bullet and start a new game, erase all save prior save yourself from a headache.

You might just have to do a reinstall fresh game, had that problem when ever I got near CIT, also maybe shut down anti virus and see if that is interfering, I know it's sounds silly but you never know. If you decide to do a fresh install make sure you uninstall all your mods then reinstall them. So delete all folders except the mods folder and put them aside.

Did you recently clean any mods with Fo4Edit ?, I did and that very same thing happen, I had to re verify my content then reload all my mods.

Scrap Everything last, and I have always found that anything for Diamond city crashes a lot I have like 150 mods and none for diamond city but always Scrap at the bottom.

Some mods cause this and even the F4SE, Just go into setting and reassign it.

Yup don't use Vortex ? NMM no problems, maybe the odd hiccup but that's it.

Or just use NMM, problem solved ;)

Followed the instruction for Tale of two wastelands from them, work perfect and have never have had a crash following his instructions.

Use Loot to see if there is an actual conflict and make sure you clean your mods with FO4Edit and have the latest update, I had problems like that and sure enough this was suggested to me and it worked so maybe ? Oh my problem was dirty mods.

I agree Concord expand is heavy on resources along with beantown even the one for Lexington same thing lag or crash, Me Gtx 1080 ti 11 gig along with a i7 2600 Sandy beach 32 gigs ram and yes I lag like a some b&@*$. took all that away works Scrap everything should be at the bottom.

Workshop menu missing tabs fix by ad3d0 and GePalladium download it follow the instructions it works.
