Werewolf334
In my own opinion i found the fallout 1 and 2 voices more aggravating. Sure it brought some spice to the game, but geeze, it was annoying as hell to me. Plus we are post apocalyptic, think everyone would be more depressed than shouting at people. Killing them is much more easier than yelling at them :D

Ject67
Yeah I noticed that. There are more voice actors in the previous fallout games and the voice acting was just wayyyyyyyy better. Makes me wonder what the hell were those guys in bethesda smoking when actually recruited their voice actors, because I want some! ;D
Twofer
But Fallout 3 has this guy! Mr. Burke, Fawkes, Protectron, Lucien Lachance http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0426432/
OklahomaHoss
But Fallout 3 has this guy! Mr. Burke, Fawkes, Protectron, Lucien Lachance http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0426432/ I just called TGMD Talent, who manages Wes, to see if it would be possible to have him set up my voice mail greeting as Fawkes. They said he could! I waiting to hear back for the price and then I've got a Fawkes voice mail greeting. I may even post my cell # so you guys can call and hear it. Trigonous
Personally, since I haven't played the first two, I compared FO3 to Oblivion, and found it much better. They may not have as many as some games but I couldn't really tell when two characters shared actors. And at least they didn't switch actors for some dialogue options like the beggar in Market District... >_>
Rockatanskiy
I haven't played the first 2 fallouts, and I don't necessarily think that the VA in fallout 3 is bad. It's just that they use so few actors... When I talk to half of the people in the wasteland, I think "Oh hey, it's another version of Lucky Harith." And there's the fact that every. single. kid in the game sounds exactly like Brian Wilkes from Greyditch. You'd think that with such a relatively small amount of NPCs they would hire some more voice actors, or at least try to get the existing ones to disguise/vary there voice a little bit... And at least they didn't switch actors for some dialogue options like the beggar in Market District... >_> OK, I just must agree with the beggars voice. Poor voice: Have pity on an old beggar.*Clicks on rumors*Normal voice: They say if you murder someone, the dark brotherhood comes at night. Lol, it just annoyed me so much xP Now reply to the main theme:Well, I must actually agree that the voice actors were better. But the faces are nothing special. Just look at the face of Lynette. It looks like if her eyes hurt. The generals voice was the best actually(in the video). But in FO3, I think that Mr. burke has got the best voice.Well, times change. Sometimes old stuff is just better than the new stuff.
