Security Camera Mr. Handy eye

I've been thinking about this for a bit now. A scrap robot made of random bits. The main piece I'm missing is a security camera eye.

I'm thinking that the eye would look like one of those old style security cameras. Something like this

Instead of that - how about one of the SPOTLIGHTS ( the small ones ) and just scale it down to size?
