CTD w/ Modded Skyrim after starting new game.

Hi all, I have recently started to experience crashes to my desktop whilst attempting to start a new modded game of Skyrim (I am using Windows 8 pro, the latest version of NMM, SKSE and BOSS) Here is my load order:

 

EDIT: I should also point out that the crash happens as soon as getting away from Alduin and choosing to enter the building with the Stormcloak fellow (Cant remember his name)

Not really sure why you even need anyone tell you anything. Your log is strewn with errors and incompatibilities. Clean with TES5Edit and fix everything that BOSS tells you to...

Every mod on the list that says it needs cleaning, I've played with before without issue. I've disabled esp's that arent compatible with other mods, for example: Only using one esp of each of the two cloak mods (cloaks of skyrim and winter is coming, not counting the one esp for winter is coming patch for CoS).

Must be load order then, I have since cleaned these mods and still have the problem.

 

Edit: Disabling Minty's Lightning mod seemed to fix my issue.
