UberBender Posted June 24, 2004 Share Posted June 24, 2004 I am pretty sure that you get something like that if you do some missions for the telvani house. they either give you the necklaces or they teach you the spells for free... But most people don't like that house... so learn that that way if you like. You learn these spells for "free" after you do the "Deliver Therana's Skirt" quest. It is a Telvanni quest. Switch Posted June 25, 2004 Share Posted June 25, 2004 It's simpler just to go and see Sirilonwe in the Vivec Mages Guild (to the left off the platform and to the right, through the door).
