Fallout crashing every few minutes

I've recently got my new gaming PC for Christmas hoping I could play all my more demanding games that I own. I got it all set up and working but I noticed the game beginning to crash once every so often but I'm used to it because it happened countless times on my crappy laptop.

Anyway, I recently decided to play the Zeta DLC and the game has decided to CTD every minute or so... I tested another save outside of Zeta and it works better so I'm assuming it has to be something with that...

I've tried turning off/moving around some of the mods but it hasn't seemed to have done anything... Also, I've tried googling the problem and I've tried adding the two extra lines to the FALLOUT.ini as well as a FO3edit master update but it hasn't made any difference to my game that I can tell.

My load order is as follows:

  Reveal hidden contents

And my specs are (If it matters)

Windows 7 64bit

Intel i5 Quad-Core

8gb RAM

nVidia GeForce 640 1gb

Any help would be appreciated! :)

Ah, no I don't think that's the problem... I turned off RRCompanionsVault as a test to see if that fixed it but it didn't... But I'll give it a try anyways and report back...

EDIT: Nope. Still the same... :/

Don't use this one

FOOK2 - [EVE] Energy Visuals

Enhanced.esp

You don't have EVE

Just tested it without it, but it still CTDs

I have this problem too. Except I don't think it's mod related. I can't play FO3 anymore cause it crashes every few minutes. I heard that the game doesn't like multiple processors or something?

Yeah, adding two lines to the FALLOUT.ini to limit the game to two processors was supposed to help, but it doesn't look like it has... I even limited it to one but it doesn't seemed to have made a difference...

I might try a clean install if I or anyone else can find a solution or it MAY have something to do with my Mothership Zeta DLC...

All the data is in the Zeta - Main.bsa and the Zeta - Sounds.bsa as well as the .esm, right? I'm not missing anything else?
