everlast4291987
I'm a first time player to Skyrim. i started tweaking Skyrim with some mods that i think are cool. I want more out of Skyrim. can you guys who have been playing awhile give me a list or links or even a big mod pack to what in your opinion is a real Skyrim? Fyi I play on a 50 inch plasma LG TV, so this is where a Sexy Skyrim is a must for me. To make it easy we could break it down into categories.1. Landscape mods/ or world mods 2. Character mods 3. Weather mods 4. Texture mods (EDIT: i got my hands on Skyrim Realistic Overhaul - 2048K 1.6! i will be using texture pack combiner with other texture packs) 5. DLC for Dawnguard and Hearthfire (I just got the DLC 01/05/2013) EDIT1: My Skyrim is from Steam and up to date. EDIT2: in Climates Of Tamriel My nights are set to Dark, dungeons Hardcore(my god is so hard to see) Interiors are Warm Here is a pic of what I'm using for mods. Rykoth
Or you posted rather early :P If you want a realistic Skyrim... Look up Frostfall Hypothermia, Cloaks of Skyrim, Winter is ComingGet Immersive Armors and Immersive WeaponsGet a body mod for women and for men because even if you have no intent at oogling the characters, it (to me anyway) makes no sense that you're essentially stripping them of all belongings when you kill them, yet you somehow are a respectful killer leaving their undies on.There's a number of blood spatter mods, and I recommend the ACE series of mods + DUEL Combat Realism that make combat that much more fun. Very true I did post very early. I'm sorry! I'm not use to stay up all night. I was fixing a friends computer through "go to assist" and finished it around 4:40am est. I Will into your mods. I did find my first companion to be very ugly and I saying to my gf I got to change her face. Do they have a bag mod to go over the heads? if so she would wear one
ilikecheese1337
Get Better Females, which comes with optional files for makeup, and watch your problems with female face textures (namely: they're terrible) evaporate. Along with Frostfall, download Realistic Needs and Diseases (food/water mod). Skyrim HD is your mod for textures, both LITE and FULL are higher resolution than Bethesda's HD DLC. W.A.T.E.R or Pure Waters are your mods for (you guessed it!) water textures - I prefer pure waters, but if you get that one also get Kerplunk wet rocks, which comes packaged with W.A.T.E.R. IMAGINATOR Visual Control is a mod that lets you change things like saturation, brightness, contrast, bloom and colour tinting from ingame. It has zero FPS hit and is far easier than fiddling around with ENBs, which impact performance and are tricky to install/uninstall. SMIM Static Mesh Improvement Mod makes the meshes of loads of things from tomatoes to door handles far better, so they look round rather than lazy and jagged-edged. Deadly Dragons makes dragons... well, deadly. Deadly Dragons - Armoury makes them drop components of high-end armour. Phenderix Magic Evolved AND Apocalypse Spell Package are both mods that add over a hundred amazing new spells. Also, while it is a matter of taste, I must note that I vastly prefer Realistic Lighting With Customisation to Climates of Tamriel. RLWC has darker nights and dungeons, more realistic light sources and comes with some other very nice no-FPS-hit graphics mods.
Eckss
Hi, I expected quite a few of these 'What Mods' questions so I saved this answer so that I can answer consistently each time without leaving any out: I play with a lot of Mods and I've tried and rejected many others. I use all of these (among others) and I'm sure they’re all Must Have/Worth Having.
