Console commands for free camera

Hi,

 

I am just about to release a mod for Skyrim and I need to make some nice screens. So I am stuck on how to have this nice and slow scrolling camera I see in the videos/.

 

TFC 1 is freezing all the animations

sucsm 1 is giving the right speed but must be combined with tfc 1

TCl is too fast camera

 

What commands use those guys who make so beautiful videos??
