Slow Vortex Downloads

Hello,

 

Support asked me to move from emails to here. Here is everything I have found so far:

 

I have been having issues lately with Vortex downloading INCREDIBLY slowly. It also fluctuates wildly. It can go anywhere from 50 kb/s to 4 mb/s. it usually sits around 1-3 mb/s, which is super slow for those bigger mods. I get ~30 mb/s on steam, and 150 mb/s with everything else.

 

USA

Spectrum

3.6-3.8 mb/s on 1G download LA Server 6:57 AM PST

Chicago- 800-900 kb/s

Miami ~700 kb/s

amsterdam - ~300 kb/s

paris- doesn't start

prague - ~300 kb/s

singapore ~300 kbs/s

I'll get one of the team to have a look to see if there's anything on our end that could cause this.

Just tested it. 3.0-3.2 mb/s using LA server.

That sounds like it's getting back to normal? It's obviously about the 2MB/s cap we would have for non-Premium users :)

Well seeing as I have premium, I would expect it to be a good bit higher, no?
