Yet another Dark Face Bug

So, I've had this issue since reinstalling Fallout 4, and reinstalling all of my mods then added some new ones for good measure. I'll include my mod order, with hopes that this can be fixed.

I'd like to hope that this many years after its release, maybe someone will have encountered this same bug. It's a common blackface bug, but it's not being fixed by any of the fixes I've found thusfar.
