Body of mages is invisible.

Ok...I'm stumped on this one.

Almost all Vanilla sub-folders are there in your clothing folder. This looks like a large-scale Stock Clothing and/or Armor Replacer was installed at some point, or maybe more on topic AlienSlof's famous Robe Replacer even?

Whatever it is, if there are meshes for Vanilla robes and the like inside those folders, they're unlikely to be "Vanilla" meshes. If they are meshes adapted for a specific body mod, this invisibility is a known issue for using Robert's Male items without using Robert's Male. It's also known to happen when using Vanilla items on Robert's Male bodies, vice versa.

Still, after several years, I couldn't figure out where the invisibility comes from, as it is a sign of "missing normalmaps", sometimes it takes priority over "missing textures" (purple) even, but under no condition is this the case when using Robert's Male items on Vanilla or Vanilla items on Robert's Male bodies. All textures are there and used. Still it's a known issue for this mismatch of used mods and a common mistake regardless.

For a far easier, and quicker to undo, start you could just go into the folder for the Black Robes, "meshes/clothes/???/robemcblack/m/" (or something along that line, can't remember anymore and can't access the drive Oblivion is installed on to check for sure), as you said those were definitely affected, and rename the NIF file you find in there to something else, so the game won't find it and fall back to the Vanilla mesh from inside the BSA. If the Black Robes then show up again, the installed NIF files most likely require a body mod and you can decide to either install the body mod they're meant for or uninstall their NIF files, as they're certainly unwanted, if you didn't mean to use a body replacer.

But it happens to males and females alike, and not only black robes. Gray robes too. Green ones too.

While I doubt you accidentally installed Stock Replacers for "two" different body mods when you didn't even plan to use "any" body mods, Slof's Oblivion Robe Trader caters both, Robert's Male and Robert's Female alike and replaces just about all Vanilla robes with more vibrant textures and simple shape or design changes.

So if you are indeed not using any body mods nor intending to do so, just go into the "clothes/robemcblack" folder, and if there are subfolders like "m" and "f" with respective NIF files inside, then rename one or more of them and see if it fixes your issues. If it does, they either come from erroneously installed Stock Replacers or as mentioned from Slof's Robe Trader, or something similar, and definitely require one or more body mods to be installed.

Then you should figure out where they're coming from, if you can't remember installing any such mods, and either get rid of them or install their requirements.

Nope, still doesn't work. Even after renaming both files, the same problem still arises.
