Nifskope usage problem

So i'm trying to get into mashup armor modding and i've read nifskope is the de facto program for editing meshes and stuff. But any model i open ends up looking like...this everytime i do the slightest movement on it

I'm using the 1.1.3 version since the geck wiki says it's optimal for fallout new vegas

 

How do i fix it and proceed to slowly trying out armor mashing?

How long has it been since the geck wiki was updated? I am currently using NifSkope 2.0 dev7 with no problems.

 

Also, NifSkope is not the program to use if you are going to do any quality mesh editing. Blender 2.49 is the tool to use.

 

You would use NifSkope to set the texture paths and shader flags.

Alright i've tried 2.0 dev 7 but the problem is still there

 

 

i should also note that it loses the after images is when i toggle between window sizes but they just came back if i move the model again
