Thanks for answering.

Yes, I have micro stutters when I go all over the map. This happens only outdoors.

It is very annoying and it only happens to me with the fallout 4, It tried with all the settings, godrays off and the shadows in medium quality (I understand that the quality of the shadows are the ones that have the most impact if we talk about fps) i don't have problems with other games.

My pc is relatively new and I did the corresponding temperature tests.

Ryzen 5 2600x

gtx msi gaming x 1060 6gb

MSI B450 pro-vdh

8x2 ddr4 2400mhz ram g.skill

Deepcool da600 watt bronze

:(

Nope, i dont have textures mod... just the vainilla textures :( and yes, occurs when i move from one area to another.

It is very strange because when i save a game and reload it, the micro-stuttering is always in the same place.

I don't see anything that could cause that in your load order. The problem might be a security program that keeps checking new data (loaded when you enter another area) for viruses. If you are using Window Defender, try making an exclusion for your Fallout 4 folder. Or you could simply turn off your virus checker for awhile and see if the problem continues.
