Game keeps freezing for minutes at a time

Despite having NVAC activated, as well as the stutter remover, it continues to freeze up constantly after 8-10 minutes of play time. The only mods I've added that add or change animations are the Rifleman and Pistol animations packs, the B42 Weapon Bash, and Functional Post Game Ending. The thing about it is, I had all this crap installed on my last computer, a shitty old Dell Intel I've had for 10 years now, and it ran fine. Almost zero crashes apart from frame rate issues. Something on my new computer is causing these crashes, and I can't for the life of me figure out what it is. Only way I can do anything is to summon Task Manager and kill it. If anyone can diagnose the issue it'd be greatly appreciated
