Is there any common point lke the race between the affected NPC's? You can also take a look at their inventory or their spells list for example.

You can easily find if the invisible NPC's use an equipment with invisibility/chamelon effects using this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/17497

This could be a few different things. It could be an invisibility/chameleon effect as mentioned prior, it could be a missing mesh, it could be a missing normal. You'll know it's a missing mesh if there's a yellow triangle or red stop sign. If the issue isn't a game effect, this is often a result of meshes missing normal maps. This is kind of weird though, as Renault is a vanilla character with gear. If you're able to select them in command console, kill the character and see if they stop being invisible. If they're essential characters, you can turn that off with this.

If it stops being invisible, it's a game effect. If it's still invisible, it's likely a missing normal. If you can't even select the character, something else is wrong like a missing or empty mesh.

If it IS a missing normal:

First look into SkyBSA, if resources aren't being loaded in correctly, you might have an issue with Archive Invalidation. If that doesn't help, you're either missing a mod requirement or the mod itself is missing assets. Considering how long OOO has been around, I'm leaning towards this being a user error, but if I'm wrong, you can check what mod is referencing the character with formid finder or, failing that, search for the character in the esp you suspect with tes4edit. From formid finder or tes4edit, you can find the mesh the character is relying on and in nifskope you can find what texture is associated with the mesh. Once you find the texture name, if the texture doesn't have a copy with "_n" at the end, that will cause characters to display as invisible. You'll either need to create one yourself (there are tutorials you can search) or you'll need to report the problem to the mod author.
