How do i convert a .mtl file to a .bgsm file?

Im making my first mod and im having issues with textures not appearing on an .obj file in outfit studio because i can't add a .mtl, someone told me to use a .bgsm to add the textures but i don't know how to convert the .mtl, if anyone could let me know how to do this that would be great

For FO4 you will need your texture files to be in dds format. In the modeling program of choice, you'll need to UV unwrap the model to these textures. Generally, this will be a set of textures like objectname_d.dds, objectname_n.dds, and objectname_s.dds. objectname_g.dds used for glow maps.
