Aress567
Hi! it's been a long time since I played Fallout 4, I bought season pass and started looking for mods, I installed them but when I'm in the game and go to the mods section and then "load order" to see if they have loaded, I don't see any. I added the lines in the .ini files, I ran Vortex as admin to install the mods again and it didn't work either. I don't understand why the mods don't load. I guess I haven't been the only one with this problem, I tried to look for a solution in other topic but I didn't find anything related. If you can recommend me one topic or tell me how to solve this problem I would be grateful. Greetings.
Wererommel
Are you booting F4SE? You need to boot Vortex, click "add tool" and install F4SE. Then, you can boot directly from Vortex. Edited June 15, 2020 by Wererommel
Thisisnotmyday
Or just use NMM, problem solved ;)
Aress567
I finally found the problem, I had changed the folder where the mods are unzipped and NMM wasn't recognizing it. Anyway, thanks for the answers, guys.
fraquar
MO2 just makes working with mods so, so, so easy - I have no idea why people still use NMM. Portable - checkMultiple Profiles - checkMod conflict detection - check, both with loose files and those in .BA2'sDoesn't touch FO$ Data directory at all - check (your game stays pristine)Loads 3rd party executables to operate on mod list - checketc. etc.
