Hjerim in Hearthfire - Anyone been able to move families there or is i

it heavily bugged in Hearthfire?

 

To this day i can't move families there for example Lara Croft's husband Perth says that he will meet her there, then i fast travel to Windhelm, go to Hjerim and see Perth, Sofie, Francois & Meeko walking out of a front door and going

back to Lakeview Manor. WTF is going on?!?!? Prior to Heathfire there was a bug where chest in master bedroom dissapeared so i downloaded mod to fix that and it worked and also tryed disabling that mod cuz i thought that it was

causing the bug that i mention above but it was still the same.

 

So anyone had this issue?

One time my Lara Croft got breast cancer. It was pretty dramatic considering how vulnerable she was while still persisting on her worldly adventures despite her illness. I was shocked, stunned and moved.

Hi I have similar bugs with the unofficial patch, I built the 3 homes but I can't move my children in another home (nothing in the dialogue menu) and in the kitchen everything disappears and reappears promptly..

 

I put the patch on the top of .esp list.
