I wish to de-activate certain elements etc for my personal use what is the process involved ? Can i simply use CK set the mod as active...view it in a window and change/remove elements. If unaware, you can also Open CK, click Data, highlight the mod and click Details button - this will tell you everything that the mod has adjusted within CK. Be aware though that some mods don't use CK (no .esp files) so in those instances look out for "loose" / individual files instead. Oh, and I'm sure you know this but if you plan on uploading the adjusted mod to Nexus or anywhere else you should obtain permission from the original mod author(s) before doing so.
