IsharaMeradin Posted June 16, 2020 Share Posted June 16, 2020 You cannot just take a decapitated head. You have to have an NPC and have them equip the DecapitateHead armor piece. This applies the neck gore to the body and the gore to the base of the head. This then allows the head to roll around wherever it wants. It cannot be picked up or pre-placed somewhere as it is still considered a part of the NPC. If you want a head that you can place somewhere, you can try taking the face gen data files (texture and mesh) from an NPC and see about converting those into a misc object.
