Slow Download Speed - Premium

I have a few massive Mods I would like to download so I subscribed for premium, just to find that the download speed doesn't change at all.

 

My internet is good and I don't have any problems downloading anything else, just mods from here (internet speed results included below)

@Senuhe: Thanks for that I'll see if there's anything we can do, but it looks like it's just bad routing.
