Cruor34
Survival and Medicine increase the effectiveness of food and stimpacks/radaway etc by 3X at 100 skill. I think this is far too powerful. I want to nerf it down to 2X at 100, with other levels following the same curve. However, I can't figure out how to find the effect. Can anyone give me exactly what to type in search, or exactly what the effect name is so that I can edit it? Thanks.
DiamondBorne
in FNVEdit, look inside Game Setting. There are functions such as fDamageSkillMult which governs how much guns/melee/ etc. skill increase damage for corresponded weapon. or fSneakSkillMult which govern how good your Sneak is the more you put points into it. You should find Survival and Medicine mult in there too by skimming through it.
Cruor34
Thank you, found it. fmagicskillmedicine/survival. Question, I use FNVEdit and GECK to mod, in this case I was looking in GECK for "Game Setting" and just can't see it anywhere. In FNVEdit its in the list and I was able to find it. How would you find this in GECK out of curiosity?

dubiousintent
Not listed on the GECKWiki "Settings" page either. The "other" similar "fMagic<names>" are under the "Uncategorized Settings" section of that page; thouugh I could see a case for putting it under the "Health Settings" section. Once you confirm it is a "floating point" value, you should consider updating that page for the next person. -Dubious-
