I'm not sure how you could do it, but what if Peryite gave you different buffs depending on the diseases that you've caught?

Oooh, interesting idea! Like, have it reverse the effects of the diseases: Ataxia makes lockpicking and pocket-picking 25% easier, instead of harder; Black Heart Blight adds ten points to your carry weight; Rattles increases your stamina by 50%; Brain Rot adds 25 magicka, etc. It'd be interesting to see if and how the amulet reacted to vampirism and lycanthropy...

Lycanthropy isn't considered a disease. You get 100% disease resistance once you have the power. Same goes for Vampire Lord and Vampirism since they all already have negative effects that come with them. Sanguinare Vampiris is however a disease that leads to Vampirism.

Ehh, I thought I recalled Lycanthropy being considered a disease, at least in terms of lore, if not in gameplay, but I could be wrong. As for Sanguinare Vampiris versus vamparism... same difference, you know what I meant. XD

Either way, it'd probably be best if it ignored those and just interacted with the normal diseases.

Or you could make it go the other direction. Ataxia attacks your fine motor skills, but perhaps boosts your gross motor, one handed and two handed. Black Heart Blight drains carry weight, and surrounds you with a miasma poisoning all your enemies nearby. Rattles is in the lungs, and puts you one foot in the grave, so it boosts your magicka. Brain Rot, you can't focus, but your reaction times are boosts increasing your attack speed. Daedric princes never give anything for free.

I would make a blood sacrifice for a daedric amulet collection, tbh. I really hope someone does it ;<;

Ugh, I wish I could. Alas, I have a lot of ideas for mods, but not the skills or know-how to make them. Which... probably won't endear me to anyone around here, now that I think about it... >w>;;
