I keep crashing after some time, i use loot but i heard it's not really reliable.

I don't really know, but I would suspect that Sim Settlements is glitched. All those mods work together like the gears of a mechanical clock, and if one is bugged, it can screw everything up. I notice, for example, that the Red Rocket mod hasn't been updated since 2017, and there are 21 bugs reported. But that may not be it. I would suggest that you disable some mods and do a test run, without saving, to see if the crashes persist. If they do, you will know it wasn't those that did it, and can test another batch. If the game survives a test without crashing, you will know it was one of the mods that was disabled, and can check them individually.

Scrap Everything last, and I have always found that anything for Diamond city crashes a lot I have like 150 mods and none for diamond city but always Scrap at the bottom.
