Unable to recover account

Here is the situation, I setup my primary account under an e-mail address that no longer exists, it was tied to my service provider that has since went bankrupt, this was several years ago. I recently had my old hdd crash and lost access to the account. I have tried contacting support and keep getting automated canned responses with no actual help. I can prove it is my account, I created a video guide that is posted to the account with my voice. Is there any way I can get an actual human response to see if there are any other options?

All emails are responded to by a human, we just use canned responses where your question is answered by a pre-set template. If we manually wrote a reply to every single message we'd be doing that all day.

 

If you send in a message containing as much proof as possible we'll evaluate it again and see if there's enough to verify that you own the account.
