PC - how to clear old save game data?

Hi -

 

When I make changes to NPCs in the CK they do how show up until I target NPC and type setnpcweight 0 or whatever #. I have to do this every time I go into a new cell or load a game and you know how bothersome that is.

 

Is there a permanent way to fix this by a script or save game cleaner?
