Help with Nexus Mod Manager

C:\GAMES\NexusModManager\Skyrim\Mods

 

Make a copy of that folder and place it somewhere you can find it.

Like this

 

C:\MYMODS\

 

Then try this

 

Windows Start Button....Bottom left of the screen

 

>ALL Programs

 

Expand Nexus Mod Manager

 

Pick Uninstall Nexus Mod Manager

 

There will be some prompts on keeping your mods, the load order stuff. you have to decide on that but I would say tell it to keep them for your first attempt.
