Help, I´m missing lines in skyrimprefs.ini so I can´t fix my shadows

Please help, Im trying to fix shadow striping on my skyrim game, and I read some posts saying to tweak fShadowBiasScale and iShadowMapResolution in skyrimprefs.ini, BUT THOSE LINES ARE MISSING IN THE FILE.

 

Im using an i3 laptop with 16gb Ram, modded skyrim legendary and currently using Vortex as mod manager. I dont know if mods could have done this, im using Enhanced Lights and FX mod, and previosly had been using Realistic Lighting Overhaul.

 

This is the complete .ini file, as you can see the lines fShadowBiasScale and iShadowMapResolution are missing, only iShadowMapResolutioPrimary and Secondary are there.

If the guide is worth its salt, it will tell you what section they should be under. Simply add them under that section.

16gb ram for i3 intel cpu is a complete waste. Anyways the settings should be under Display section of SkyrimPrefs.ini , if it isn't there then back up that ini file along skyrim.ini file somewhere in ur laptop other than skyrim's directory and go to options tab in skyrim's launcher it will generate these ini files again with your preferred settings including the settings you want to change or if it doesn't add it manually under Display section of SkyrimPrefs.ini
