Places Acoustic Spaces - Do they override Region Audio

You can place Acoustic Spaces in exterior cells to mimic interior cells, but you can also use them to differentiate exterior spaces within each other, like a forest opposes an open grassland.

Now my question is if those acoustic spaces will block out sounds provided by the region data or not?

I know I can test this out myself and will, but try to save time by asking the community.

Hello

I am trying to figure out if one can do create an Workshop item that creates an acoustic space around it.

Problem is I have close to zero knowledge about the Creation Kit and fear that I mess something up.

The idea I have right now is to take some prefab shack piece with roof and fill it with interior acoustic space, safe it and check if this works. Like load the game, use NAC X to load in a storm and see how it sounds.

If yes.

Then I would take something that I can use as a standard unit... a concrete foundation. Fill it up with interior acoustic space, remove collision, remove textures(make it invisible), keep snap points. and try it out.

Is this possible? I don't even know how to edit a workshop item yet...
