User77111ml has received a formal warning. This user has now received 1 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Knowingly uploading a "port" of Real Clouds for Skyrim without obtaining permission. As evidenced by the following comment:

"For what I have seen, the author is not responding to requests for port permission (and I am not the first to make a Real Clouds Port). If the author requests for me to take the port down I will. No harm is done on the author's side because donations are turned off and I have given proper credit."

 

The permissions for this mod are clearly defined on the mod page of the original content.

 

From the ToS:

"Submission of existing user-submitted content without obtaining permission from the original author(s) of said content is strictly prohibited.

Proper credit to the original author(s) must be given unless the author(s) has/have specified that credit is not necessary. Please, be aware that the mere accreditation of an author is no substitute for receiving explicit permission to upload or modify someone else’s content."
