Desmo851 - Formal warning issued

Desmo851 has received a formal warning. This user has now received 1 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Taking assets from another author without appropriate permission. When challenged by the author you said you believed you were entitled to use the assets. You then went on to insult the other in a PM conversation, calling them "arrogant, selfish, narcissistic" and comparing their efforts to protect their mod content to the Nazi regime.

 

It should be noted that you have since removed the offending content from your mod, but this warning is for the way you treated the author.

 

"Submission of existing user-submitted content without obtaining permission from the original author(s) of said content is strictly prohibited.

Proper credit to the original author(s) must be given unless the author(s) has/have specified that credit is not necessary. Please, be aware that the mere accreditation of an author is no substitute for receiving explicit permission to upload or modify someone else’s content."
