Engine and Mesh Info

It's not exactly hard to discover, but I thought I'd post here in case you're wondering.

 

Dark Souls was created using the Phyre Engine. Maya was most likely used for the meshes, as the majority of Phyre Engine games use Maya. The actual meshes are in FLEV format, however, which I have no idea how to edit.

 

Other misc files, parameters, settings, etc, are located in the dvdbnd1.bdt and dvdbnd0.bdt files. I did run into a forum full of people who knew how to extract them, but the tech-speak they were using was way over my head. I'm not sure how to extract .bdt files, which limits the usefulness of this information. Furthermore, the files within the .bdt's are packed inside other archives, which are even harder to extract.
