Hickory
First, never ask your question in the topic header. Sensible people will ignore it -- I'm not sensible. :whistling: i have UL compilation installed along with some other data file mods that arent shown in my load order but here it is That is no way to post a load order, if you want meaningful help. You *must* include all mods, and you should also post your load order taken from Wrye Bash, because it include valuable information about installation status, etc. In Wrye Bash, right click on the 'File' tab and select 'List Mods...' Then copy/paste *everything*, including spoiler/xml tags.

If Wyre Bash isn't opening, then I suspect you are trying to open the non stand alone version without installing python. Try opening the stand alone version. You should be able to go to Start->All Programs -> Wyre Bash -> Wyre Bash Stand Alone - Oblivion What Hickory means is that the list of mods from Wyre Bash have a number next to them and symbols. For someone who understands what those numbers and symbols mean, they can tell a lot about what's going on with your mods that isn't obvious if you don't realize they mean something. This is my mod list from Wyre Bash. Don't use it for anything other than a reference for the Wyre Bash symbols because this install is a bit wonky at the moment. The numbers are in hexadecimal, and they tell us which order the mod is getting loaded in. The ++ means the mod is merged into a bashed patch. The ** means the mod is imported into the bashed patch. Even if you don't use Wyre Bash for anything else, you need to use it to make a bashed patch. Here's how to get your load order from Wyre Bash. Eams
some of the mods still dont show, like UL compilation, Roads of Cyrodil, and Dynamic Map. It seems as if something is in the area of Cheydinhal, that the game might not know what do do with, so it crashes. or it could be the city itself, cause when i travel to the stables after the loading screen i hear the game sounds for a second, but its all black, then it goes quite and it crashes. If the .esp files aren't showing up in this list, then they aren't installed to the correct location. By UL compilation, I assume you mean Unique landscapes. If you look at my mod list again, you'll notice a bunch of xul files with .esp endings. Those are the Unique Landscapes mods. If you have all of them installed, you should see these whether you used OBMM, Wyre Bash, or a manual install. For Roads of Cyrodil, you should have a Roads of Cyrodil.esp ditto for Dynamic Map. I'd bet at least part of the problem you're having is because these mods aren't installed correctly. What I would do at this point is go back to those three mods/compilation mods and check that the files were actually installed to the correct locations. If you downloaded a .7z file, you can do that by unzipping those files somewhere temporary and then going to your Oblivion\Data folder and checking what's there against what's in the folder with the main files in it. Your .esp files should all be in the Oblivion\Data folder. The textures and meshes should have gotten merged into the textures and meshes folders that were already there. You'd have just copied and pasted those if you were manually installing. You might need to download 7zip to do that. http://www.7-zip.org/ Once it's installed, it pretty much works the same way Zip does. You're also missing the unofficial patches. You probably want those. You can get them from oblivion.nexus.com. There's one for Oblivion, one for Shivering Isles, and a pack with all of the patches for the official DLC. You don't need two versions of Streamline. Pick one. I'd suggest the more recent 3.1 version. Edit: If you did download .7z files, you might want to use Wyre Bash to do the installation. Those archives are usually already setup for installation with Wyre Bash. Also, there will be readme files which will tell you how to install the mods correctly.
