BlackRampage
Dirty DLC plugins do not cause your game to "act up" or crash to desktop. If crashing to desktop is why you want to clean your DLC's, then you're better off not screwing around with them. a program called TES5Quickcleanup which i know is an outdated version of xedit Are you referring to TES5EditQuickAutoClean.exe? If so, that's not an outdated version of anything. And are you sure you're actually using SSEEdit instead of TES5Edit? Judging by the errors you're getting, it sure sounds like you're using the wrong version.
wfandrews
You must first launch your game from the Steam launcher to create the ini files which enable LOOT, SSEEdit and your mod manager to recognize your game.
