VulcanTourist Posted July 4, 2020 Posted July 4, 2020 (edited) My first inclination was to post this question in the forum for SSEEdit, but that forum is locked to new comments... so here I am: I need to extract a textual list of formIDs found in a specific branch or tree of an ESP file. I loaded it up in SSEEdit and looked through the options in the context menu and the available scripts, but I didn't see anything suited to that purpose. Ideally the list would be generated to a file or pasted into the Windows Clipboard, but if I can select and copy the text from the Messages tab then output there would be fine, too. Is there a way to do that with SSEEdit? If not, is there another means that isn't above my limited pay grade? Edited July 4, 2020 by VulcanTourist
IsharaMeradin Posted July 4, 2020 Posted July 4, 2020 Highlight the entries on the left that you want the FormIDs from, press Ctrl+C to copy to clipboard, then paste to your text file. It will copy and paste only the formIDs.
