SSE Multiple display for unique items

Is there a mod which allows me to display unique items in multiple displays?

For context I want to use Legacy of the Dragonborn to store all my unique items but a lot of homes also have those displays and I don't want to lock at an empty display.

No. That would require a lot of mod inter-dependency as each one would have to be aware of the next. That said, you could try consoling in the base form and seeing if the home displays will accept it.

 

With LotD some of the items do have a replica version, you could craft that for display in the museum and then display the real thing at another location but that only resolves one other display and not the myriad of other possibilities that you might have in game.
