How long does it take for premium to activate?

I bought premium and its been about 30 minutes and it still tells me to upgrade? Is there a waiting period after it goes into effect? I've logged out and back in and I've exited out of my browser multiple times.

Sometimes PayPal/your payment provider takes a while to send us the confirmation.

 

Both of your accounts are showing Premium so it looks like this has been resolved.
