washerw2
I'd work at getting Vanilla Skyrim, that's Skyrim with HD DLC, but without anyother mods that including 'DawnGuard' running first without a hitch.
ripple
1) The BOSS log already informed you of a number of issues with your load order, so you need to follow the instructions, starting by removing the redundant esp's for Cloaks of Skyrim and Winter is Coming. BOSS also informed you that you needed RND USKP patch since you are using USKP, but you did not install it. Ignore not the BOSS, for the BOSS is wise. 2) This is unrelated to your CTDs, but since you are using a number of 'add more items to NPCs' mods (like Cloaks of Skyrim, Winter is Coming, Immersive Armor, Immersive Weapons, etc.), you need to use Wrye Bash to generate a Bashed Patch to merge the conflicting leveled lists edits. It's not really optional for your load order anymore, so don't think about it, just do it. 3) If you are going to reinstall Skyrim and your mods again, use the Mod Organizer instead of the poopy NMM. This is entirely optional but will spare you a lot of aggravation.

And idk how to use wrye bash. So the only thing I did was to install the RND USKP patch

And idk how to use wrye bash. So the only thing I did was to install the RND USKP patch Wrye Bash IS confusing. Yes it is. And I went through the trouble to figure it out, so it is not insurmountable. You can do it! Modding is great. But you need to learn the tools to operate a complex and lengthy mod list. BOSS is important. A mod manager is very important (but I still use NMM), and Wrye Bash is necessary for it to all work. All you need it for is the Bash Patch! Just figure that out. There is documentation to help you. Make sure that your mods are installed properlyGet your load order correct.Open Wrye and select everything above the BashPatch. Patch MUST be at the bottom of the list.right click on the selected area and choose the scan for mergeable on the menu. After it does that, select the Bash Patch and right click and select rebuild patch from the menu.Close Wrye Should work! Oh...and dont overwrite Saves or use the Automatic Saves in the game. Create a fresh new save every time.
ripple
Mod Organizer is more complicated than the NMM, but for good reasons. It does many things the NMM won't, beginning with not installing mods directly into the game data folder and overwriting when conflicting files are installed (thus remedying the 'I messed up do I need to start over with a clean install?' issue. Since MO does not install mods directly into the game data folder, no matter how many mods you install through MO, you will never need to do a 'clean install' of the game). I don't think anyone has done a video tutorial for MO yet (I've been thinking about it, but I need to get a mic first....). I suggest you take this slow. Start with 5 mods you want, install them using MO (post back with screenshots if you get stuck on this). After you've done that, use BOSS to sort the mods. Remember that you need to run BOSS from inside MO, so you'll need to set up BOSS as an executable in MO (top left bar, 'configure executable...' button, name it 'BOSS', then in 'binary' direct it to the path for 'BOSS.exe.' Click 'add' then 'ok.' Then run BOSS by selecting it in the top right drop-down menu and click the 'run' button). If you get a BOSS log, then it worked, and we will move on to the next step (Wrye Bash). Edited January 20, 2013 by ripple
hentaishinri
Okay, thank you both for the replies :)) I'm going to work on it right now and I'll keep you updated on how it went  Going to try them out now :) Update: the MO has a FANTASTIC build in tutorial system and I am literally laughing right now, because it's so useful(and also polite :D) and it's showing me what to do and what not to do. I started a new game, deleted all my saves. Now I will install the cloaks mods and the re-texture mods (because I have a feeling they are the most heavy ones) and i will post an update.
