SalazarDrago Posted January 18, 2013 Share Posted January 18, 2013 Hey guys I am using the latest skyrim and skse and also i have cerwiden , atvir dres and vilja as companions....and i needed a house big enough for all four of us...so i decided to build my house at lakeview manor...i built everything fine...and i slept once...however now...i can no longer wait or sleep in the main cell of the house...it says "you cannot wait or sleep while being asked to leave"...however neither of my companions have asked me to leave......i even tried to set ownership in the cell and it did not work....however i can wait in the cellar/ basement any help would be appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Mujuro Posted January 18, 2013 Share Posted January 18, 2013 I'm assuming you verified ownership of the cell itself as the player/faction (including in the CK)? Assuming ownership checks out, you may be running into an age-old Skyrim issue relating to trespassing. You can try using the console with 'IsTrespassing' and see what comes up. Mujuro Posted January 18, 2013 Share Posted January 18, 2013 Hmm, if you were trespassing, I'd imagine the value would be 1 rather than 0. Check one of the follower NPCs and see what value they return. If I remember accurately, in order for the trespass line to be said, the player must be trespassing and the (speaking) NPC *not* trespassing. SalazarDrago Posted January 18, 2013 Author Share Posted January 18, 2013 Well it happens with every bed in the house...and also when trying to wait...i will see what happens with my npc...also curiously enough... i cannot find any lakeview manor files in the ck...only some heljarchen hall keys...however if i go to all and type in lakeview there is nothing? is that normal? SalazarDrago Posted January 18, 2013 Author Share Posted January 18, 2013 Okay i removed all the npcs outside so there is no one in the house set ownership to all the doors...maybe i am setting ownership wrong? you click on the door while inside and type player.setownership i can still wait and probably sleep in the basement area Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Mujuro Posted January 18, 2013 Share Posted January 18, 2013 Did you try setting ownership on the bed you're trying to use? Also, do you have any sort of active/unpaid bounty? From what I understand, this glitch does tend to happen a bit, and you may have to load up an earlier save and see if it still occurs. :( Regarding it not showing in the CK, it's probably because the house is "built" dynamically.
