Adding music and importing FO3 content

Well, if you, for example, sliced up some of the Zeta tilesets because you needed a kit piece that wasn't there, you could distribute those. But you can't unpack the MZ stuff from the archives, rebundle them, and repost them (And there's no reason to, since you can point your mod's forms to them anyway).

Thought of another question lol!

 

If I want to use a FO3 resource and have the possible intent of future release on nexus is it okay as long as I don't include any of the meshes/textures (unless retexture?) and tell them they have to extract from their own copy of FO3 in order to use? (while including a nonFO3 related version as well of course) I want to use Colonel Autumns uniform in my mod. Just don't want to do something stupid and mess up.
