DEFINATELY different tho, The sparks in vanilla are terrible... I really like the spark effects in Grand theft auto 4, but the ones in FO3 are terrible... Thanks! Actually, I'm going to retract my last request, and instead of just sparks, can somebody overhaul COMPLETELY the bullet impact animations/visuals? like sparks when shooting metal, dirt kickup when shooting the wasteland floor etc. It's pretty small, but i think it's a large step forward in making Fallout 3 more visually and aesthetically appealing.
