Mod Manager download option isn't appearing

I am relatively new to modding and only modded Skyrim. I usually use the mod manager download option to download files but when I tried to download a mod for The Witcher 2 I couldn't seem to find the option.

 

 

 

When I checked Skyrim, it had the option to use mod manager

 

 

 

Is this an issue that only I am facing and if it is, is there any way I can fix this?

Some mods don't support the download with manager button. If you could link to the mod in question, we can have a look, and see if it's a problem or not.
