That had a merchant within cheydiinhal, an entire section actually, in one of the buildings. They sold everything from morrowind netch armor --- to ordinator gear --- to all the special little trinkets i believe. I have found a lot of different tamriel mods but none of them are this specific one. I can not find it or recall the actual name of it. Much appreciation if anyone can throw me a bone.
