Not sure what mod is making my character do noises

If you guys know the mod(if it's even a mod) which is making my character do these realistic noises every time I step in fire or jump, etc; it would be a great help.

Characters in Vanilla Skyrim react vocally if they are hit, fall, on fire, etc. As to what is making your character do "these" realistic noises, I can't say, since I do not know what "these" noises are.

Nothing in your list does that, but like Georgie mentioned the characters react audibly. If you mean they aren't making vanilla sounds then it might be something not on your list. If your list is complete, it's part of vanilla behavior.
