This is my current load order

GTX 1080

i7 7700k

32 GB DDR4 RAM

And these are my specs.

In areas such as riverwood i can get as low as 40 fps occasionally and it sucks. I see people with GTX 1070s run more graphical mods then I am at a constant 60 fps. Am I missing an essential mod or plugin or whatever which solves this issue?

My CPU runs at 40-50 degrees celcius and doesn't really cap off while playing skyrim too much

On the other hand my GPU is what's really dragging me. Capping at 100% a lot of the time.

Both my CPU and my GPU fans are fully functional and spinning
