mulliganplummer
So I am going to start the game again so I can try different ways to play. My question, I know it is recommend to not have mods installed from the very beginning, are there any that should/could be installed at the start of the game? Zorkaz
None that I know of. There is something called "Start another life" where you can pick who you are and start out in the Commonwealth
UgTheViking
I know it is not recommended , but I have started a new game 4 or 5 times using the alternative start mod "Start me up" with about 150 mods installed. The only issue I have ever had is that some settings holo-tapes don't show up in my inventory, however they are easily crafted at the chem station. akiracybertar
Start another life yes... And as someone who has been running a modded fallout 4 for years i have never had a problem having over 200 mods installed from the very start. In fact i would suggest doing just that when your modding fallout. This gives the mods a chance to start the scripts running without having to worry about cell changes etc
