xWilburCobbx
This is something I haven't tried yet, but I wish to add a Help entry to the game that explains my mod. I set it up like the other Help message forms that I could find, I even have a script that adds my custom Help message to the HelpManualPC FormList. I combed through all the different forms relating to Help and Tutorial, but I have come up unusually short for any links to the ingame Help menu. Is this something that's just coded into the engine and can't be changed? If so, whats the best/most common way people add ingame tutorials for their mods? I always like to inform the player just to make sure they know how to use the mod even if they didn't read it's detailed description  . xWilburCobbx
I figured as much, since I am still new to the modding community here, I have a lot to learn about standard practice.
maxarturo
Just adding to IsharaMeradin post. If your mod has a lot of "Help and Tutorial" another approach is to make a "Message Box Menu" + sub menus and so on if needed.
xWilburCobbx
Absolutely, I think I know what I am gonna do then! Have message boxes explain everything in step by step fashion, and have a copy of them transcribed in a book. Simple, and elegant.
