HarlemVIP
I've been playing DA:I this entire time with my mods working perfectly fine, until i updated Windows to the current version and saw that my mod that eliminates wait time at the War Table apparently not kicking in, because I went to click on something and there were time countdowns given as if there were never any mods there. I ran DAI Mod Manager as usual thinking maybe something was deleted, but everything seems the same way it has always been. I ran Frosty Mod Manager and the mods show up, but they have a yellow icon on them. When I click on the "description" tab they all say "WARNING: Mod was designed for a different patch version". I don't think I remember that being there before. Can somebody help me with this? I never touched or adjusted anything with these things. I'm still kind of new to this modding stuff. Did the windows update really throw everything off? How do i fix this? Please help. Thanx in advance.
Deathjester90
Try removing the mods and reinstalling them again.
HarlemVIP
Okay, I just deleted / uninstalled (whatever) both Frosty Mod Manager and DAI Mod Manager, then rebooted my PC. I went through the whole process again with the mods on both, but I still get the yellow icon with the line talking about it was designed for a different patch version. I just ran the game, and the War Table is still back to normal with the countdown for each thing. So apparently the mods don't work anymore for some reason after that Windows Update. There has to be a way to fix this. But re-installing them, unfortunately, doesn't do it. Thanx for the help though. Am I the only person with this issue? ThingTheWiz1
I've always used the "clunky" solution of exiting the war room, resetting my system clock (+1 day), then returning to the war room.. Not forgetting to put the system clock back to the correct date.....
HarlemVIP
Yeah, that's how I used to do it BEFORE this mod for the war room came out. I've never been comfortable with screwing with my computer that way. But I have a feeling this Windows update knocked out ALL of the mods. And I'm also noticing a lot of issues simply installing some of the older games I've had. But as far as the issue with the mods go....I haven't found any solution
