"Excellent, your station should receive no damage."

Noah and Domenic waited while Aria took one of the cruiser's shields down. They circled like a scavenger, waiting for its prey to be weakened before striking. Once its shields had gone down, they made their approach in the Snipe. They flew in. Just above the captain's quarters, they activated the cutting lasers, quickly burning a hole through the armor. Once that was done, they descended and latched onto the hull, a short tube extended downward, sealing against the hull. The area filled with air, then the piece of the hull that had been cut was pushed in.

The chunk of hull landed in the captain's quarters with an enormous clang. Noah and Domenic dropped down into the room, fully armed and armored. They quickly checked for hostiles, it was clear. Noah spoke to the ship's AI.

"Snipe, can you gain control of the elevators?"

"Yes"

"Good, do it and bring it up to the captain's quarters."

"Understood."

The AI easily hacked into the ship's systems and accessed the elevators. A few moments later, the door opened and Noah and Domenic stepped in Domenic spoke.

"Activate ze eye protection and sermal vision."

Noah did so, then the door opened. Domenic threw a large grenade into the middle of the room. It exploded into smaller ones, half of which exploded with a blinding light, stunning those on the deck. The other half released thick clouds of smoke, making anyone without thermal vision completely blind. Noah and Domenic raised their weapons, a Locust and a Hornet, and opened fire, slaughtering the unarmored crew. They moved through the command deck, dispatching everyone present with their guns, Noah's biotics, or Domenic's tech. After everyone had died, Domenic began hacking the computer.

"Here, zese are ze schematics of ze ship, use zem to watch any entrances."

A map of the command deck appeared on Noah's HUD, any entrances clearly marked.

"Understood."

Within a minute, Domenic had control, the rest of the crew, it seemed, were unaware anything had happened. Domenic contacted Snipe.

"Snipe, I hafe control, transferring it to you now."

"Yes Domenic, I have control"

"Good, begin bringing ze ship around to attack ze dreadnaught," He walked over into the elevator, "Noah, vee are leafing."

Noah quickly ran and joined him in the elevator.

"Take us up, Snipe."

The elevator rose and the two went back onto the Snipe, which detached and flew away.

Meanwhile, Aria's fleet would clearly see the cruiser nearest the dreadnaught turning to face it. It began accelerating forward and fired all of its forward facing weapons at the dreadnaught, at nearly point blank range. The dreadnaught would not be able to stop it, even if it had upgraded from pre-war weaponry, it was doubtful to be able to completely stop the cruiser.

Domenic chuckled as he watched events unfold.

"Vell zen, shall ve take anozer cruiser?"

"Well... that's one way to introduce yourself i suppose." Aria commented as Leilah's transmission played through her Omni-tool. "You've got a minute, so talk." Aria said, watching out of the window as the cruiser drew nearer and nearer to the Dreadnought. She had one of her tech officers track the signal, and sure to her word, the woman was on Omega- This could prove useful.

"Pull back from the big one!" Aria's pilot ordered, any ships in the vicinity of the dreadnought quickly fleeing, definately not wanting to be caught in the blast, which was by all accounts, a glorious one, the sheer boom of force that detonated from the ship as it exploded shattered a window or two on nearby levels of Omega, and damaged Eagle ships who were too slow to escape on time.

"I could easily hack into their systems and disable the shields and unlock certain doors. They also have a few YMIR Mechs. I could reprogram them to attack The Eagles." Leilah said as she watched the Eagles running around. They were too busy preparing for the battle and checking the defenses to notice or hear her.

Tripp drew his pistol as gunfire erupted from the barricade. He came around to find a large group of Vorcha and humans in a firefight with his crew, he hated being backed into a corner like this. He tapped his Omni-tool and his body became wreathed in tech-armor. He sighted in on a Vorcha loading a grenade launcher and fired two shots into his heart and put another round through his head. Reyes bashed a Vorcha with the stock of her rifle and dropped another with a quick burst to the chest. Kex's shotgun spewed shrapnel that ripped the unarmored Vorcha apart as he smirked wide.

The first assault was driven back, bodies of humans and Vorcha littered the hallway, Kex pumped the shotgun's heat sink out and smirked as the barrel of his shotgun glowed bright red. Tripp chuckled and tossed him a cigar, Kex lit it with the hot barrel of his shotgun and waited. It would be awhile before the next assault. Tripp brought up his Omni-Tool and began uploaded targeting commands for the decks auto-defense systems. He uploaded their ID signatures in the FOF system. "And we kick them while their down... in five...four...three." He counted as the turrets activated and sighted in. "Two...one.." He said as he lit up a cigarette and the guns began to target the Vorcha gathered in the promenade. The Eagle's backed out of the main Promenade but not after sustaining prominent losses. "That is the end of those guys, they will probably send drones in next. Load up EMP rounds..." He said as he holstered Bianca and shut off his Tech Armor.

Aria pondered for a short moment, considering the woman's offer- She silently wondered what she'd expect in return? "Anything that you can do to help, do it. Let them taste the rockets of their own mechs." Of Aria replied at last, it wouldn't weaken the Eagles considerably, as they were large and widespread, but any number of them dead was good enough.

Alpha 2 continued to fire on Eagle ships blocking it's route to dock, swerving in and out of asteroids as it bombarded cruisers. The rest of the fleet was performing admirably, and losses were largest on the Eagles side.

Noah and Domenic continued doing their part in the battle, quickly infiltrating another cruiser and taking control, they once again linked it up to Snipe, exited the ship, then opened the airlocks, killing the crew. They then proceeded to control the cruiser they commandeered from the cockpit of the Snipe, instead of ramming it into other ships, however, they had it continue to fire on what once were allied ships. Once it was destroyed, they would repeat the process. Their ship continuing to easily evade the enemy sensors, made it impossible for the enemy to tell when one of their own would turn on them, helping to throw the fleet into chaos.

Leilah smiled to herself as she jumped down off the shuttle and made her way towards the location of the nearest Mech.

"Hey! What are you doing here!" One soldier shouted when he noticed her walking by. "Shouldn't you hack into their ships and help us?" He sounded really annoyed.

Leilah faked a smile and glanced at the soldier. "Shouldn't you be fighting out there?" She asked but before the man could interrupt her, added. "Don't worry. I was just about to do what I was hired for." She lied and continued her way to the Mech.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Inside the room she noticed two Eagles guarding the Mech.

"That's just great." She thought as she watched them hiding from a corner. She could always kill them but then they might cause too much noise or they could kill her. Leilah liked living so that wasn't an option. It didn't take her long to come up with a plan. The infiltrator came out from the shadows and approached the Eagles.

"I am here to enable the Mech and the captain's looking for you. It seems that the enemy got through." She said.

The two Eagles stared at each other for a moment. "But we weren't..." One of them started.

"See? They already blocked the stations! Go, now!"

The soldiers hesitated for a moment before running outside to look for the captain. Leilah locked the doors behind them. "Idiots." She thought and started to work on the Mech.

"Boss, there is a signal coming through from Jurax on Omega." Alex reported "He's requesting to speak with you"

"Then patch him through by all means." Alex pressed a few buttons on a small control pannel and a Krogans voice came through

"Boss. It's Jurax. Omega is under attack by Aria's attack force. She's winning."

"So everything is going as predicated. Good. Is the package ready Jurax?"

"Yes boss, Nox just left."

"Good work Jurax. Alright, is our little... situation handled?"

"Yes, he won't be saying anything to anyone about you ever again."

"Okay, take whoever you can and go on a search and destroy, if it's not one of us or one of Aria's, kill the son of a *censored*"

"Understood, Boss" The Krogan mumbled before he shut off the communication

Jurax turned to the group he was with "The boss says: Search and destroy" the group drew they're weapons and left the room, until just Jurax and a Taurian were left

"That is not wise. They are inexperienced, many won't return." The Taurian said, there was a disrespectful tone in his voice, it was clear he had no care for Jurax

"We'll just be culling the weak. Remember your place, Taurian, I'm in charge here." The Krogan turned and stomped out of the room, bringing his assault rifle to bear. The Taurian followed, grudgingly. The Eagles were being underestimated here, the boss should never have sent these rookies out on this job.

"Colonel, we're ready to hit the relay on your mark." announced Emerson, the ships pilot. Logan turned his attention towards her and replied with a smirk "Well, let's not keep Aria waiting." Within minutes The Mother of Intervention appeared through the Mass Relay. Logan walked over to the War Room, where he began to place a call to Aria. While doing so, the loudspeakers crackled with 'Emerson's daily music selection'. The first song to begin playing was one of her personal favorites: 'Protectors of Earth'. Logan let the music fill him as he awaited Aria.

Meanwhile, the side batteries of the Mother of Intervention were opening fire upon an Eagle cruiser. The Staff of Charon, the Eagle cruiser, was unprepared for such a quick attack. The first barrage from the Mother of Intervention's broadside weapons penatrated the shields and tore through their armor. Crew members and equipment alike were being flung into the endless wastes of space.

Tripp drew his pistol and fired a shot into the skull of a Krogan mercenary as he bounded around the corner. His armor was blood red, "The Blood Pack, We need to move out..." He said to himself. He turned to Reyes, "Evac plan delta... The mercenary companies are getting involved. Get the rest back to the Lady, I'll take care of the second objective." He commanded, Reyes nodded and gave the signal to evac. Kex and Tripp slapped their fists together, the krogans hand dwarfing Tripps. "Die well brother, if not... I'll buy the first round. Chef's brews up a nice Turian Brandy." He said, the krogan pumped his shotgun and followed after Dax and Reyes.

Tripp picked up a beaten Avenger assault rifle and checked the heat sink, after grabbing a few extras he pulled the data-chip with jeeves' on it and slid it into his Omni-Tool. "Jeeves, set remove gravitic support on my command." He ordered as he tapped his Omni-Tool and the mag-lock plates built into his boots activated. The thrusters built into his Tactical Armor let off test bursts, once all nozzles were clear he gave the command. The corpses and debris around the room began to lift off the floor as the artifical gravity of the station turned off. He reached up and tapped the helmet toggle button on his neck and his face was enveloped in a metal helmet.

Tripp jetted up to the ceiling and popped the vent-hatch with his Omni-blade, He slipped inside and began heading to the second position.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Reyes felt the gravity release, she checked her omni-tool and turned to face the rest of the Away Team. "Captain cut the gravity, switch to Anti-Grav mode on your suits." She said as she flipped over her own Tactical Suit, a marvelous development by the Captain himself. Called the VTS-system, standing for Versatile Tactical Suit. Capable of all weather survival situations, capable of maintaining normal movements in high gravity or low and no gravity situations aswell as providing excellent ballistic and impact armor protection. Despite its advancements it was reliant on power-cells so it's use was limited to full tactical situations.

Reyes started down the hallway, Oracle chimed in her ear. Oracle was the ships VI system, she managed all the day to day affairs of the crew where jeeves managed the tactical affairs. "Commander, The Captain has dropped communications." She said in Reye's ear piece, when she arrived to the corner of the hallway she cleared it with her rifle and continued. "It's most likely the discharge from the arti-grav system turning off. Kex was not well versed in anti-grav manuevers and was a tad bit unstable as he floated through the air, kicking off the floor and walls with the others but his trajectories were always askew. Dax on the otherhand had gone through extensive anti-grav combat training and happily bounced along the behind Reyes.

As Reyes turned the next corner a round hit the wall next to her, she pushed off the floor and opened fire. Down the hallway were four Vorcha mercenaries that had stumbled across them. They began opening fire on them as they came around the corner. Dax peered around the corner and took aim, his rifle letting loose a powerful echo that reverberated throughout the whole hallway. The round cut down two of the Vorcha mercenaries, Reyes popped a grenade from her belt and tossed it down the hallway. The grenade rolled over and over again as it sped down the hallway and bounced off the ceiling and exploded right in the center of the remaining two Vorcha that had ducked down behind the barriers they had erected. Reyes turned to her squad as she tapped her Omni-Tool and activated her mag-lock boots. "Activate Mag-Lock!" She shouted, Kex quickly hit the boots as he sped feet first towards the wall. The powerful magnets latched to the metal plating and held him there, Dax did the same. The blast came at them like a tidal wave of energy, bits of scorched metal and burnt vorcha filled the hallway.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Tripp moved quickly through the vent, in his head he counted the turns and ran a running clock. When he reached the number he sighed in relief to see another vent hatch, he kicked it in and drifted into the Vault. There it was, the Eagles had taken over an old hangar designed for Mechs and Starships. There was a large remnant of the SR-1 Normandy, what was once a part of the Engineering deck. The ship was a frigate but it took up most of the hangar. Tripp guided himself down to the deck and maglocked to the floor, he brought up his rifle and cleared the area. When he felt it was safe he walked his way up the broken hallway of the fragment of the Normandy. At the end was a terminal, it was the Black-Box terminal that kept track of the astrometrics and sensor data that the Normandy collected, but what he wanted was what the sensors collected after its destruction.

This piece drifted in space for two years, its sensors collected information for The Alliance as it drifted throughout The Terminus Systems and collected information on its denizens. Black-Cloak was the program that was installed into all Alliance vessels originally designed to imbed itself into the Inter-System Communications of The Mass Relays. It was designed as an advanced distress signal but it was discovered to be more useful as a intelligence gathering program. He noticed the Eagle techs had been trying to hack into it, from the strewn about Data-Pads and tools they had been unsuccessful. When he approached he tapped the keycode in and it opened, it ejected a small data-chip and it drifted over to him. He caught it and slid it into his Omni-Tool, the box began to beep as the numerical display counted down from one minute.

"s***!" He yelled as he unlocked the mag-locks and pushed off the ground, his heart pounded as he sped down the lengthy hallway. The timer ticking off in his head. "Forty five seconds..." He said as he keyed over his thrusters, the hallway was long and it would be tight but he put more juice into the thrusters. Hoping to clear the tunnel before the blast vaporizes him. He felt himself sweat heavily as he moved, the tension rising inside of him.

"Twenty two..." He counted, just as he rounded the last corner of the deck he saw an Asari woman and a human male drifting up the hallway. Their uniforms were most certainly that of The Eagles. 's***! He's one of the infiltrators!" Screamed the human as he fumbled for his side arm, Tripp dialed down on him with his rifle and put three shots into his chest. The asari hit him square in the torso with a biotic throw that forced him hard into the bulkhead. He felt his armor crack and his HUD went on the fritz. "Frak... display is out..." He said as he tapped the helmet to collapse. His biotics spiked and he hit her with the slam power. She slammed hard into the ceiling and then was forced down towards the floor, Tripp kicked off the wall and slipped past her unconcious body and out into the wider Hangar.

"Jeeves! Decompress the chamber and begin broadcasting our position to Aria's ship!" He yelled, Jeeves chimed in. "Sir I recommend against that..." He tapped his helmet and sealed his suit, the door opened and a large squad of Battle-Drones entered the hangar. When they saw him they began to open-fire, "JUST DO IT!" He yelled, a few seconds later the Hangar doors began to open. The debris began to fly towards the opening, Tripp flipped his thrusters to full and began to bound down the flat expanse of the Hangar, pieces of metal scrap raced past him. The large fragment of The Normandy began to move aswell. Its large bulk wouldn't be spaced but the materials around it would. The drones continued to fire at him as he raced for the opening.

He turned around, the avenger in one hand and Bianca in the other as he fired back at the drones with both weapons. The bullets rittled the drones, putting some of them down and the others ducking for cover. He felt himself get ejected from the station and drift into space, he set his thrusters to computer controlled, he set his trajectory and checked his air supply. The readout on his Omni-Tool said he had an hours worth of air. Jeeves chimed in, "Sir, the Lady is unavailible for pickup. Aria's vessel has yet to respond to our hail... I will keep trying." He said, Tripp sighed as he drifted in space. He watched as the vessels exchanged fire with one another...

"Well... could be worse..." He said to himself, Jeeves began to play music for him as he waited.
