Yulb
I bought a new PC and went to install my legal, registered copy of Skyrim. Steam recognized my game but also that I was on an new PC. They did try and send me an email verification, but the email they sent to is one I no longer have. I sent four requests to Support and have not even had one reply, therefore I can either not play or buy a new copy and register again. Does anyone have any suggestions? Can I try registering as a new user with an old CD key? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
ginnyfizz
Try opening Steam->Settings (the menu towards the top left) and click on the Account tab. It looks to me like you can change the contact email address from there.

They still want to to verify by sending a mail to the one I had when I registered. I can understand why, just cant understand why they wont help by answering. I have acknowledgement that they received the trouble report, but still no answer. Thanks for your input though, much appreciated
